Hello Friends! It's Marcy here and I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend! My weekend is packed with kids' sport games and some birthday celebrations. I actually have quite a few birthdays in March which is why I thought of making a birthday card to share.
You might recognize this design as the MFT sketch of the week. I've started following their "Sketchy Wednesday" challenges recently and I just have so much fun joining when I can. Plus I just adore the Pure Innocence collection and of course MFT's awesome Die-Namics, so why not have another reason to create with these wonderful products, right?! This little birthday girl is called "Hello Cupcake" from MFT. Isn't she so adorable and don't you wish you had a cupcake that big?! I sure do!!! :) She is from my favorite PI collection. I colored her up with my copic markers and paper pieced her dress as well as the cupcake. I also had some fun adding some stickles to the sprinkles and the cherry on her cupcake to give it even more yumminess! :)
Here are the Supplies Used:
PI Hello Cupcake - MFT
Victorian Velvet - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Black Tuxedo-Memento Ink
RSVP - Basic Grey
Be sure to stop by the Loves Rubberstamps store to see the items used on my card and to see all the cute PI Images as well as tons of Die-Namics and other MFT stamps carried at the store. Laura always has new MFT products being added as well as pre-orders.
Also, make sure to come back tomorrow for the fun "Sensational Sunday" Blog hop!
Hope you all like my birthday card! Have a wonderful weekend!
Hugs,
Marcy
