The Ants Come Marching Two-by-Two

Hi Friends and Stampers,

It's a Happy Holly-Day Monday!  Wow, another week gone!  The days are flying by so fast that it has dawned on me that life is flying by.  So now I try to enjoy at least one moment of every day.  Even if it's work and hassle, there is always some good about it.  Like the fact that I have a job and there will be another payday.  Bills will get paid, Stampies will be bought, lol.   So enjoy this summer day!  It's my turn to show you some inspiration.

Lawn Fawn - Happy Summer - coming soon
They make a matchy die that will be coming soon too

OMGosh I love these cute little ants.  Only the stampy version though, I really do not like the ants in real life, lol.  I started off sponging the tangelo and cantaloupe ink for the sun, then I put the grass die layer on and stamped on that.  Then I colored up my watermelons and thought it needed more, so I airbrushed some green behind the grass and then I added my Watermelons and then decided there needed to be a boss in charge in the middle, lol.  The sentiment comes with the images.  The watermelon paper is from Summer Lovin Carte Bella 6X6.

It took me a month of Sundays to Find this stamp set again, I soooooo need to clean and clear off my desk, lol.  Turns out, I had put them away, but I did find the needle in the haystack and the elephant, lol.

Thanks for checking in,

Holly

Sensational Sunday Inspirations

Hi Stampers -

This has been a very tough week for us here. My Grandma went back in the hospital and was in ICU for a few days and then moved to a regular room. Her ammonia levels went high again. She is getting very tired of being sick and over the last few days has became increasingly depressed and is losing her will to fight. It has been tough watching and I am not sure how things are going to go. We have some very tough decisions ahead. I have been at the hospital most of the time and home basically to shower and sleep. Hopefully she pulls through this but it really is not looking very good at this time.

Fabulous Friday Inspiration

Hey There Everyone
I back to share a card that I made for a cousins birthday. It is a Frozen party so, I hope she doesn't toss the card, lol. You know how little girls can be. I pulled out this pretty Fairy from my stash and went to work.
I hope you like it and will in some way be inspired to create today.
Tons of Hugs, Dangina

Lolly and Her Brolly

Hey everyone. It is a new Thursday which means more inspiration from me... Shanna.

I wanted to play with a stamp that wasn't a Magnolia stamp. I feel lately I have been playing favorites too much and needed to share my love a little bit more.

So I colored up this Bella and mounted her to the card.

I finished the card with some Authentique papers and Wild Orchid Crafts Flowers.

Of course she was colored with copics on copic paper. Once day I hope to learn to truly watercolor.

SUPERhero

Hi Friends and Stampers,

Happy Holly-Day!  It's my turn to show you some inspiration.  I hope everyone had a great 4th of July.  I've got Red/White/Blue and Gold, lol.

MFT Birdie Brown - Super Boy

I know, I know, I mixed the Avengers and Super Man, may the Super Geeks of the Universe forgive me, lol.   I love them all and yes, my guys make me watch all of them at least twice.  Same with Star Wars and Star Trek.  This was a lot of fun to make.

I hope you are having a great day.

Sensational Sunday Inspirations

Hi Stampers -

Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! We didn't do anything here because Tim had to work. I have just taken some time off my other job so I can get re-organized and get caught up with things since Grandma has been taking up a lot of my free time. She is still doing good and we are always grateful for everyday we have!

Happy 4th of July card!

Hello and Happy Saturday! Not only am I happy that the weekend is here but I'm also excited that today is the 4th of July holiday!  I look forward to spending a great day with family and friends.  I also really love watching the fireworks at night which is always a ton of fun!  In honor of today's special occasion, I've made a patriotic card for my share today!

Here it is...

I've had this cutie from The Greeting Farm for quite some time but it's actually the first time I've created with her!  This sweet Cheeky Mate was perfect for my patriotic card so I was so excited to finally color her up with my copics!  I also added Wink of Stella all over her outfit and you can't really tell in the pic but she has lots of sparkle!  The festive papers I used are from a collection called "Liberty" by Bo Bunny and all the designs are fantastic!  For added embellishment, I found some cute tiny star sequins which I scattered throughout the card for a fun look.  I also added some thin red ribbon from my stash!

Here is the full supply list for my card:
Cheeky Mate - The Greeting Farm
Faded Jeans - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Steel Grey Hybrid Ink - My Favorite Things
Liberty - Bo Bunny

For those of you celebrating this 4th of July Holiday, stay safe and have fun!!!

Hugs,
Marcy
