You're Appreciated!

Hello Friends!  It's Marcy here and today is my Loves Rubberstamps Inspiration Day to share a project with you all!!!  I can't wait to share a fun card I've made for today!

Here's it is...

So with this year flying,  I thought it might be a good time to get started on some Teacher cards.  I've been seeing a lot of these cute file folder cards everywhere and thought this would be so cute for my school theme!  So first let me tell you about the cute image I used.  This is the adorable Cheeky Lessons by The Greeting Farm.  Isn't she too cute with the apple by her side and her spunky glasses?!!  I colored her up with my copic markers and made sure her dress was blue, which is my son Noah's teacher's favorite color! :)  The fun school design papers I used are called Paper & Glue by Echo Park.  These are so perfect for a school theme.  Now for my actual file folder card, I made this using the popular We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board.  If you want to watch a tutorial, just go to You Tube and type in "File Folder card".  There are several videos out there and believe me, I watched almost all of them! LOL  Really, it's so so easy to make one of these and can be used for so many different themes!  Just decorate it however you want and add embellishments.  I like adding my sentiment to the tab just like you would to label a file folder.  I also found a colored paper clip from my stash to add to my embellishments in addition to some twine and red rhinestones.  So much fun!!!

Here are the Supplies Used:
Cheeky Lessons - Crafty Sentiments
Paper & Glue - Echo Park
Envelope Punch Board  - We R Memory Keepers
Broken China - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Black Tuxedo-Memento Ink

Be sure to stop by the Loves Rubberstamps store to see the items used on my card and to see all the cute TGF images as well as all of the We R Memory Keepers punch boards

Also, make sure to come back tomorrow for the fun "Sensational Sunday" Blog hop!

Hope you all like my file folder card!  Have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs,
Marcy
