Here is my Inspirational Piece for you today...

For my card today I used Pizza Time from Belles 'N Whistles. Now this company has closed but we do still have some of their stamps in stock...including this cutie...but supplies are just while they last! For the sentiment, the pizza and my handmade designer paper on the Kraft Colored cardtstock I used stamps from the Gourmet Rubber Stamps set called Spice Up Your Day. I TOTALLY love this stamp set and I think the elements go PERFECT with my little Pizza Time Cutie!

You wanna know how I made my "melty" looking cheese? I colored the cheese area with copic marker Y23 and then I just scribbled my white gel pen over it. That is it! Easy Peasy Melty Cheesy!

Happy Saturday! I have a quick post for your today before I hit the sack for a power nap since I have been up all night being busy busy!

Being Saturday you know what that means....yep a Saturday Stunner from Jacqueline! Yay! Today her card is extra sweet and adorable :)

This is so adorable! The colors are so pretty! This adorable image is from Belles 'N Whistles called Sweet Dreams. Now they have gone out of business so when our stock runs out...there will be no more so be sure to get the images you want ASAP! These gorgeous papers that Jacqueline chose are from the new Authentique Collection called Grace.

Her layers are created using the new Elegant Labels 4 Spellbinders Dies. Aren't they pretty? I love the way Jacqueline colors with her prismacolor pencils - so pretty! The ribbon and flower lend such an elegant touch! I love this :)

Sensational Sunday & Monday Inspirations, Catch Up + Candy!

Hi Stampers!

I apologize for being the world's most horrible blogger this week. It has been a little crazy here the last week and there is just not enough hours in the day sometimes! I think we all have those weeks at one point or another! This coming week is also going to be a busy one because my Grandma is having her breast cancer surgery Tuesday and I have to take her up to the hospital that morning. We have to be there at 5am because she is slated to be the first surgery of the day and they will need to do their prep and get her ready.  Here is hoping this go smoothly and well!!

This Sensational Sunday Inspirations Post (even though it is super late and posting early Monday Morning!) will have a few bonus cards...Ceal's from Thursday, and Jacqueline's from Saturday. I am also going to include our amazing project for our Monday Inspirations from Olivia in here too because I am not sure if I will have the chance to post later or not today! How adorable! This makes me wish it were Summer! We are in a Winter Weather Advsiory again today! We had freezing rain for about 2 hours yesterday before it changed to snow and it has been snowing since! We are supposed to end up with about 8 inches or so. GAH! I am so ready for Summer! Olivia's did such a great job coloring this cutie up to match her papers! I love those flourish corners too! Olivoa also did a great job with her lay out - I really like the sunburst style circle behind the main panel, so pretty and adds a lot of interest! Such a cute card!

I think ALL of the ladies did such a great job! The projects get cuter and cuter every week! I apologoze again for this being late and for missing a few posts the last few days! I am hoping after this upcoming week things will start settling down a little bit!

Hope your weekend is going well so far! Our weather is super cruddy today! We have had freezing rain off and on since 3am this morning. It is like an ice skating rink outside! I felt bad for our puppies because I let them out to go potty and when they jumped on the stairs their feet went out from under them and they face planted because they were not expecting the slick! LOL! It is the perfect day to stay home and get some crafting done today :) I have TONS of projects running through my brain so I hope I can focus and at least get ONE finished - LOL! The hard part will be what to make first :D

This is absolutely STUNNING! The blues are so soft & pretty and this image looks awesome done in these colors! I love all the pretty flowers and that gorgeous ribbon is perfect! How adorable is this?!?! I LOVE how Athina used her little Devil Lucy for Valentine's Day! What a fun image to use on a card for your hubby or significant other...a little naughty love devil - LOL! Did you hear that loud squeal of excitement about an hour ago? Don't be alarmed - that was just me when I opened up this week's project folder and saw Dangina's project for this week!! Words can not even describe how ADORABLE this is!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!! Check out the layering on this!!! WOW WOW WOW!! This just totally makes you smile...and you just can't stop looking at it - LOL! I am completely in love with this!! AWESOME JOB DANGINA!!!

I am just awe-struck at this week's GORGEOUS creations by the Design Team!! I have to pinch myself to make sure that having these talented ladies designing for our store is real and not a dream! You all did a SUPER FABULOUS job and definitely inspired me to get my behind down to my craft room and get busy!

Hi Stampers!

Happy Monday! I know, Mondays are not your typical happy day but here on our blog they are because it means we get to see a super cute project from Olivia! Yay!

We definitely have enough snow to be skiing here...if we had some mountains. However, as cold as it has been since we had our blizzard a couple of weeks ago, the extent of me being outside is to go from the house to the car, to work, to the grocery store, to the post office, and home. I am not a cold loving person so the less I have to be out in it...the better - LOL!

Olivia used one the cute Belles 'N Whistles stamps called Skiing. Belles 'N Whistles closed their doors and we were lucky enough to buy their remaining stock so once the images are gone, there are no more! So if you want this one or any others get them while you can!!

Olivia did a beautiful job coloring this image with her spectrum noir alcohol ink markers and matching it perfectly to those pretty blue designer papers. The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps.
This is adorable and a great way to start a Monday!

Sweet Apples

Happy Monday Stampers!

Today is an especially blah day when you have to go back to work after the Holiday weekend! Mine will be double blah when I have to weigh in tonight at weight watchers after the holiday - LOL! Oh well...won't be my first yo-yo week. I have been yo-yoing and losing the same 4 pounds about 3 times now - LOL! I should be a super model by now as many times as I have lost the same 20 pounds over and over and over. GRRR - LOL! I am one of those lucky people that lose 5 pounds, smell a cupcake and gain 7 pounds!

At least being Monday we get to see a beautiful inspirational piece by Olivia. Her cheery and bright cards always make me feel better :)

Olivia used the adorable Sweet Apples from Belles 'N Whistles. We just loaded our very last shipment of Belles 'N Whistles into the store! Belles went out of business and we purchased all of their remaining inventory so once our stock is gone.... it is really gone! So get yours while you can!

I always love the cheery and bright colors Olivia chooses. She colored her up with copics (which I will start adding to the store this week) and used some sponging for definition. I love this layout and it looks so pretty with the chipboard frame. Who wouldn't smile at getting a little note this cute? I think I should have taken a lesson from this cutie and stuck to apples this week - LOL!

Warm Apple Pie

Hi Stampers!

Guess What??? Last week I was contacted by the sweet Summer, who owned Belles 'N Whistles. Sadly, Belles has now closed their doors and Summer asked me if I wanted to purchase their remainder stock. I said .. OF COURSE - LOL! And guess what came in the mail today?? Yep... new Belles 'N Whistles whoooo hooo! 283 to be exact! I will be working hard getting these in the store!! There are some images that are already in there, but quite a few NEW IMAGES that we didn't have so that is exciting! Now... because we just bought all of her remaining stock...this is our absolute last shipment so if there are images you were wanting...snag them up because when they are gone...they are gone!

Olivia's card today is perfect for two..well three...actually more like four reasons but who is counting! LOL!

1. She used a Belles 'N Whistles stamp on her card
2. It is one that we didn't have listed in the store... BUT NOW WE WILL... because it was one that came today...so YAY YAY YAY!!
3. It is perfect for Thanksgiving which will be here before you know it...and fits in this week's
     Thanksgiving Challenge which you still have a few hours left to enter
4. BECAUSE IT IS JUST SO ADORABLE!

Didn't I tell you it is adorable? Olivia did a great job coloring her image with a mix of both spectrum noir markers and copics. I love the bright, rich Autumn inspired colors she chose and that turquoise gives it a great pop! In order to use the alcohol ink markers and not have her black ink run, Olivia stamped her image using memento tuxedo black ink on the Crafter's Companion Ultra Smooth White Cardstock for alcohol markers.

Well... I have lots of things to get done! So I better get crackin!

Wishes...

Good Morning!

I was playing catch up yesterday due to my unexpected trip Thursday and didn't quite get everything done that I needed to...really bums me out when that happens but what else can you do but charge full steam ahead and try to get caught back up!

One thing that certainly brought a smile to my face was our first inspirational card created by our newest design team member Holly Flores! Holly is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and I am so grateful to have her on our team!!

This adorable card uses one of my favorite Belles 'N Whistles stamp called Wishes. Holly did a gorgeous job coloring her image and choosing her background papers. Absolutely a stunning card! Speaking of wishes.... Holly's Birthday was yesterday so be sure to hop on over to her blog - KopyKat Creations and wish her a belated Happy Birthday!

The Belles 'N Whistles company will sadly be going out of business :(  We were able to place one last order with them and it has arrived. I will be adding some re-stocks and some new images into the store by Tuesday but then once our stock is gone...it will be gone and we will not be able to order anymore. So if you see some images you adore...get them while they are available!

My Sunday Shares - July 15th

Happy Sunday All!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was one of those up and down weekends. Had some things happen that bummed me out ... but then also had some things happen that have me super excited. So overall...it all evens out in the end :) Always have to look for the silver lining and the doors that open so to speak!

Speaking of silver linings...I will be making a surprise announcement later this evening so be sure to check back for that! :)

Now on to today's shares! This first card is created by the talented Larissa who goes by Milawi on Splitcoaststampers. I was doing my usual search for my obsession...Paper Smooches stamps - LOL - and came across Larissa's A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E card!!

Isn't this the sweetest thing EVER? That huge pile of animals gives me the giggles! Larissa did a fantastic job stamping and masking to create this super cute scene! That Celebrate sign uses toothpicks for the little posts - GENIUS! Larissa used the animals from the Paper Smooches stamp set called Chubby Chums to create the card. The second card that I wanted to share with you is absolutely GORGEOUS!! It is created by the mega-talented paper artist Kathy whose beautiful blog is called Joyfully Made Designs.

Isn't this just beautiful? When I was reading about how Kathy created this card I was surprised that it was colored with prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits! The blending and shading she achieved is awesome! I would have guessed that it was done with copics. Makes me want to break out my prismacolors and play with them :) This gorgeous image is called Planting Some Love and this is one of the Belles 'N Whistles stamps that we added to our last order with them since they will be going out of business. Super bummed about that because I LOVE their stamps! The last card I want to share with you today was created by the super talented Renee - of Renlymat's World. Check out this super cutie...

I LOVE this card! It is so fun! I love the paper pieced little dinosaurs and the little scene that Renee created. I have never tried a circle card before so I love to look at ones that other people have done. It is on my "things to try" list - LOL! This would be an adorable card for a little boy's birthday. This card uses the Dinosaur Party stamp set from Pink Cat Studio.

My Sunday Shares - June 17th

Happy Father's Day everyone!

Hope you had a chance to relax and spend time with family today! I spent the day with my husband and kids and we had a great lunch together. I am sorry for the late post today...my scheduler for some reason didn't post when I thought I had set it for. I didn't have a chance to check this morning before we left for the day!

Today I have some super adorable cards to share with you! I am so excited! The first one is by paper artist, Wendy Ramlakhan. Wendy is AMAZING with her copic coloring skills! I could literally spend hours looking at her beautiful cards! Here is one of my many favorites that she has created:

Wendy used the Patches 'N Braids stamp from Belles 'N Whistles. I absolutely adore the colors that Wendy used to color her image and it matches the pretty greens in her papers perfectly. I love her sky background too! I am super excited too because we are going to be adding the stamp company Your Next Stamp to our line-up as soon as order arrives and I saw that Wendy is one of their senior design team members and she also designs for The Greeting Farm which is another company we will soon be adding!! DOUBLE YAY! I will  get to see lots more of her gorgeous creations :) Check out Wendy's Blog - Sugar Pea Designs - to see more of her beautiful work! This next card I found is just too cute for words! This cutie is created by Colleen Dietrich using the Love 'N Breakfast and the My Silly Valentine stamp sets from Lawn Fawn.

I LOVE this card!  Colleen's paper piecing and little scene she created is just adorable. I love how she kept the bacground simple and the accent of the vanilla background paper is perfect! This next card is made with one of my super favorite Mo Manning stamps called What's Cookin'? from Stamping Bella. I love to do scrapbook recipe pages and this is a great stamp to use on them.

This adorable card was created by the super talented Deb Felts whose blog is called With a Stamp and a Song.  I really love the colors that Deb chose for her card and that sweet cupcake paper is perfect! I also love the green polka dot ribbon that she choose to use because it matches her apron! Very cute! Deb did an amazing job coloring this sweet little girl too!

Today's last card that I would like to share is the one created by our winner of last week's Loves Rubberstamps Blog Challenge - Laura of The Crafty Sister. She created the cutest card using the Flynn's Berry Happy Day stamp from Stamping Bella. This cute stamp is part of the Tiddly Inks Collection designed by Christy Croll. TOO CUTE!

I love the way Laura colored her image, leaving the dress white with the pink strawberry accents. This stamp is perfect to use with that cute strawberry designer paper because the strawberry shapes are pretty similiar to the stamp. My Sunday Shares - May 6th

Happy Sunday everyone! Hope your day is going well! My Sunday will hopefully be spent down in my stamping studio! I need to finish getting it painted so I can start moving all my stuff into it and get it ORGANIZED! Is that even possible in a stamping or craft room? LOL! Mine can be the cleanest it can possibly be until I make a card and then it looks like a craft bomb exploded in there! Can't believe how messy it gets from making one simple card :)

Today I want to share with you some AMAZING cards created by a super talented artist that I came across while looking around pinterest, Cheryl Valadez. Yes...I am addicted to pinning...I can admit it :)

Cheryl's cards are very fun and vibrantly colored. She does AMAZING at coloring her images with copics. I aspire to color like her someday :)

Here are a couple of her cards that really caught my eye...

I absolutely LOVE this card! The background is so cool looking with the brick peeking out. This is a super cool background look for the KennyK Glam Gang stamps from Whimsy Stamps. This cutie she used on this card is called Star.

I really love how Cheryl colored this image called A Pen Friend that is designed by Elisabeth Bell for Belles 'n Whistles. I also love the background and layout she chose. It is simple, yet looks elegant the way she put it together. The two pretty flowers are the perfect touch with the notebook paper background.

These next two cards that I wanted to share are also super cute and are ones that Cheryl created using stamps from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. I LOVE this company and am super excited because we are adding them to our store as soon as our order arrives! YAY!! And I didn't know this before but Cheryl is on their design team so I get to see lots more of her amazing work too...double bonus!

This card is probably my second most favorite! I love the Lulu Collection designed by Cheryl Alger for Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and we will be adding these to our store soon as well. One of my favorite things to do is scrapbook our favorite family recipes and so this card really jumped out at me. Plus that little muffin pan charm is adorable :)

The last card I wanted to share with you is this one:

This card Cheryl created using the Aphrodite stamp from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and is from the Moonlight Whispers Collection designed by Annie Rodrigue. I think this one jumped out at me because besides the image being cute and colored perfectly...it has my last name on it in red sparkles...LOL!

I love Cheryl's work and think she does a fantastic job not only with coloring her images but also with choosing the perfect backgrounds and layouts to really make the whole card a real work of art. It was SUPER hard choosing my favorites because Cheryl has so many that I just love so I will post the links to where you can find her work and see for yourself :)
