All Roads Lead Home
Are you all done with your Christmas shopping? I have just a couple more things to get and then need to do a little holiday baking I think :) One thing I know I need to make but shouldn't because they are soooo hard to stop eating is some oreo mint truffles. YUMMMOO! I will let you know what I end up making :)
Today we have a really pretty and festive card from Olivia! She used a gorgeous stamp from Wild Rose Studio's Annabelle's Christmas Collection called Annabelle with Sledge.
Isn't this gorgeous? This stamp line intimidates me a little bit because off all the details but Olivia colored it up beautifully! I love the added spots of bling in the tees, and the ground. Those beautiful papers are from the Festive Collection from Authentique. Turned out so pretty.
Well, I am off to pack a couple of orders so I can get them out today and then will be going to my Weight Watchers meeting. Wish me luck because I don't feel like the scale is going to like me this week! But I am hoping for a pleasant surprise!
Have a wonderful day all!

Now on to today's blast of inspiration from our talented Design Team! Here we go....
I had to start with Katie's project because it is so perfect to honor our service men and women! I love this layout and the deep, rich blues in that paper with the kraft. What an adorable way to accent the ribbon with the bit of twine too! Simply beautiful!
This is such a pretty CAS design! I love how Kelli just added a touch of highlights to the wings and the dress and let that beautiful image be the star. This shows how you can even keep your colors really simple and still have an elegant and beautiful card.
This is so pretty! I love those soft pretty blues and how the lace and pearls add an elegance to this card. Reminds you of a super fancy tea party! Olivia colored her image perfectly to match those gorgeous papers!
These are soooo cute and would make a perfect gift for any person on your Christmas List! Olivia did an awesome job coloring her images and adding stickles to the design before transferring them to her candle. Have you ever wondered how do make these? Well... you are in for a treat because Olivia has created an easy to follow picture tutorial on her blog showing you how to do it!
I hope you enjoyed today's amazing projects! Be sure to leave a comment so you are in the drawing for next week!

OMGosh this is so CUTE! This is one of the projects that Holly got to do when she took her class with Irina Blount. How lucky was Holly? THE LUCKIEST - LOL! This is such a pretty card with the soft summery colors and all of the accents. Holly's coloring on her image blows me away on this! Love all the dots on the hat and pants! That balloon die is gorgeous and is from La-La Land too! We will be adding their dies as a preorder soon!
This is just gorgeous! I love the deep, rich colors that Kelli used to color her Isabella! That fun, funky feather is the coolest accent too! I love the design, a simple layout that really showcases the image! This totally makes me want to try and Cha-Cha but I would probably throw my back out - LOL!
I hope you enjoyed today's inspirations from our Mega-talented Design Team! I LOVE my team and couldn't ask for a better group of ladies to work with!
Be sure to leave a comment and tell us what you think of today's projects... you could be next week's lucky winner!

DIY The Legend
So sorry for the late post - these night shifts are kickin my hiney! I had my post scheduled and I hit save instead of publish :( GAHHH!
So without further ado here is today's fabulous card from Holly!
Holly used the super cool stamp set from Wild Rose Studio called DIY Legend. Doesn't this make AWESOME masculine cards? I love that Holly kept with this week's theme for the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge which is a color challenge this week of Black, Turquoise & Yellow. Holly does this color scheme brilliantly in this card!
Have a good night/good morning all!

Ahhh...Adorable Milton!
Guess what today is? Our very first Loves Rubberstamps Blog Challenge with our new Design Team! YAY!
Here is the card that I made for my Inspiration project for this week's challenge - ANYTHING GOES...

The image I used is from Wild Rose Studio and it is called Milton with Lily. I love Milton...he is sooooo cute! I am super excited about my card today because I have been experimenting with Hybrid Coloring and I have to say, I am really lovin the results! Hybrid Coloring is when you mix markers with colored pencils to color your image.
To color my Milton I used my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Ink Markers to color my entire image first. Then I came back and used my prismacolor pencils to do a little shading in the center of the flower and a little bit of the darkers shadows on my bear. I also used prismacolor pencils to add the pink to his cheeks. Then I just blended the pencil using a dry tortillon or paper stump. The grass and the shading around the image is all done using my prismacolor pencils and gamsol to blend.
This is only my second time trying this technique and it is fast becoming a favorite! Here is a closer look at my Milton image...
I used this Bellariffic Sketch from Stamping Bella for my card layout:
Hope you liked my card today :)
Please come and join us in our Blog Challenge... You could be the lucky winner of a gift voucher for up to $50 to use in our store!

My Sunday Shares
The first of my favorites for this week is an adorable card created by Shelby Thomas. She has an incredible blog called Color Of Happy . I can tell you from first hand experience that her blog is appropriately named because she makes the most adorable cards AND she is amazing at copic coloring. Her cards just pop with bright colors and will leave a smile on your face. It did mine!
Here is one of her cards called Plant Kindness. She used one of my FAVORITE images from the newest company to join our product line, Crafty Sentiments Designs. I am proud to say that right now we are the only store in the United States that carry this line! The image that Shelby used on her card is a new Spring 2012 release called Primrose Garden Flowers . Take a look...
Doesn't this cutie just make you smile? Be sure to visit Shelby's Blog, Color Of Happy and see some more of her fabulous creations!
The next talented artist I came across is Eva and her blog is called, Crafting This and That. Her adorable card uses another of my favorite stamp lines, Wild Rose Studio. Her card uses the cutest elephant on the planet...BELLA! Bella is also the name of my Ja-Tese so of course anything named Bella is adorable :) Eva's card uses the stamp called Bella's Birthday and she used the matching 6x6 scrapbook paper called the Bella Paper Pack. Here is Eva's card, that is called Bella's Birthday ...
Another cutie that just makes me smile! Eva did an AWESOME job coloring her image. I love the soft colors and her white gel pen and stickles she used to add the bling to her balloon. Please be sure to visit Eva's blog and see some more of her eye candy!
I hope you enjoyed today's shares and they put a smile on your face as they did mine! These two ladies are very talented and I really appreciate them both allowing me to share their incredible designs with you! Thank you so much Shelby & Eva!
Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend :)
Happy Stamping - Laura
P.S. if you are wondering what my adorable Bella looks like here she is...she was being silly and wearing her glasses :)
